So we spent 18 months tracing our supply chain, testing materials repeatedly, and finally found a solution that balances aesthetics with environmental protection.
With this upgrade, we’ve achieved three things:
???? Material Innovation – All outer packaging now uses FSC‑certified recycled pulp, and the inner cushioning is replaced with water‑soluble starch‑based materials, cutting plastic usage by 92%.
???? Closed‑Loop Recycling – We’ve partnered with recycling agencies to launch a “Packaging Return Program”: users can ship empty packages back (postage covered by us) and exchange points for new products – so every piece of material stays in the cycle.
???? Production Decarbonization – Our three main factories are now fully powered by green electricity, reducing annual carbon emissions by approximately 480 tons – equivalent to planting 26,000 trees.
